We act as an intermediary between you and the landlord. We don't get paid by the landlord or an agent, which means we work for you. Finding a place to stay is the most important and urgent thing when you arrive in Taiwan, so we make it easy, in person, so you can focus on everything else.

We line up listings that fit and walk through them with you in person, handling every conversation with the landlord in Chinese.

Lease
Before you sign a contract, we clarify it for you and make sure you understand and agree with every term and condition.
STEP 04
Move in
We help finalize the deposit and signing on the spot, so you can move in with everything settled.

We quote based on your budget, timeline, and what you need, so we'll walk you through the fee before you commit to anything. Either way, we're never paid by the landlord or an agent, so there's no incentive for us to push you toward a pricier place.
